摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the fungal diversity of Isaria cicadae from different habitats (Anhui,Jiangsu,Sichuan,Guangxi,etc.).Methods:PCR-DGGE (Polymerase Chain Reaction-Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis) technology was adopted to analysis the fungal community structure.DGGE profiles showed that 16 specific bands were separated,these bands were cloned and sequenced.Results:lsaria cicadae from different habitats displayed significant difference in Shannon-Wiener index respectively.Community structure similarity was higher in Heyuan of Guangdong as well as Beichuan and mianyang of Sichuan.Conclusion:Cordyceps militaris is the dominant strains,and other Uncultured Wallemia,Uncultured eukaryote,Eurotium athecium,Magicicada cassini,Myrothecium roridum,Aspergillus penicillioides strains are also existed.
