基于指纹图谱和化学计量学的丹参及紫丹参质量评价研究
Species Differentiation and Quality Assessment of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia trijuga by HPLC Fingerprint

Abstract
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint for identification of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia trijuga.Methods:An HPLC method was developed to establish the fingerprint,and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA)and Principal Component Analysis (PCA)were applied to study HPLC fingerprint and chemical recognition.Results:There existed large difference of chromatographic peaks and its relative peak area of HPLC fingerprints between Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia trijuga.Combining with chemometric methods,the results demonstrated that all samples were classified into two categories.Conclusion:Chemical pattern expressed by HPLC fingerprint analysis can play an important role in species differentiation and quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza.关键词
