番荔枝种子化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Annona squamosa Seeds
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from seeds of Annona squamosa.Methods:The seeds were isolated by extracting,silica gel,MCI and C1s column.The chemical constituents were identified by UV,NMR,and MS spectrometry.Results:Seven kinds of annonaceous acetogenins were isolated and identified as cis-panatellin (1),cis-solamin (2),solamin (3),annotemoyin-1 (4),solamin-A (5),cis-laurifolin (6) and murisolin-C (7).Conclusion:Compounds 5 ～ 7 are new compounds,and compounds 1,2 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
