Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Thamnolia subuliformis.Methods:All the compounds were isolated and purified from the EtOAc and n-BuOH extracts of Thamnolia subuliformis by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,RP-18 and MCI gel column chromatographic methods.The structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic data(1H-NMR,13 C-NMR,HMBC,NOESY,MS)and comparison of their spectroscopic data with reported data.The cytotoxicity was evaluated by the MTT assay.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-methylbenzoic acid (1),3-(ethoxycarbonyl)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (2),3-hydroxy-2-methoxy-4-(methoxycarbonyl)-5-methylbenzoic acid (3),2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-methylbenzoate (4),4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-6-methylbenzoic acid (5),4-methoxy-5-methylbenzene-1,2-diol (6),1-(2,3-dihydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl) ethanone (7),2-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-methylbenzoic acid (8),baeomycesic acid (9),squamatic acid (10)and vermicularin(11).Conclusion:Compounds 2 ～7 are isolated from Thamnolia subuliformis for the first time.关键词
