摘要

Abstract

Objective:To research the optimal extraction process of supercritical CO2 extraction,and to analyze the fat-soluble constituent extracted from Amorphophallus konjac.Methods:The yield of Amorphophallus konjac fat-soluble constituent was used as the index,the supercritical CO2 extraction parameter was optimized by orthogonal experiment methodology,the constituents of Amorphophallus konjac fat-soluble were analyzed by GC-MS.Results:The suitable extraction separation condition was with 28 MPa extraction pressure,extraction temperature was 60 ℃;separate kettle Ⅰ was 15 MPa pressure,separate kettle Ⅰ temperature was 50 ℃;separation reactor Ⅱ pressure was 6 MPa,separation reactor Ⅱ temperature was 45 ℃;extraction time was 1.5 h.The average yield of Amorphophallus konjac fat-soluble constituents was 1.086%,38 components were totally identified,and most of them was fatty acid components.Conclusion:Compared with the ethanol impregnation,supercritical CO2 extraction has the advantages of high extraction yield,short extraction time,fatty oil with clear advantages,there is a big difference between the two kinds of components.
