环长株潭城市群农业转移人口市民化的空间特征与成本分析
Spatial Patterns and Cost Analysis of Rural-urban Migrants' Urbanization in Circum-chang-zhutan Urban Agglomeration
摘要
Abstract
Based on the quantity of rural-urban migrants,the input and output characteristic analysis,the cost of rural-urban migrants' urbanization was discussed,then responsibility among government,enterprises and individuals,and responsibility between central and local government was estimated.The result shows that:①The total cost of rural-urban migrants urbanization in Circum-chang-zhutan urban agglomeration is 164300 yuan per capita,including social security cost 2393 yuan per capita,urban living cost 10611 yuan per capita,housing cost 116955 yuan per capita,infrastructure cost 30228 yuan per capita,education cost 1565 yuan per capita,the opportunity cost 2542 yuan per capita.②According to the price level in 2010,the government,enterprises and individuals share the responsibility of rural-urban migrant urbanization,which the government share of 84402 yuan,enterprise share of 37059 yuan,the personal share of 167062 yuan,and the share ratio is 50.52:22.18:27.30.③The central and local governments also shared responsibility of rural-urban migrant urbanization,the central government to share of 28523 yuan,the local government share of 85618 yuan,the allocation proportion is 33.31:66.69.关键词
