低碳生态城市规划评价体系研究
A Research on the Evaluation System of Low Carbon Eco-City Planning

Abstract
Low-carbon ecological ideas and relevant planning methods are becoming more popular in the context of ecological civilization.Based on literature review of planning evaluation theory and analysis of international cases,the paper proposes a planning evaluation system that consists of prerequisite judgment,system evaluation and mechanism design.By incorporating low-carbon eco-city planning approaches,the proposed systematic planning evaluation method includes evaluation of integrity,consistency,feasibility,accuracy,locality and innovativeness with both internal and contextual validity.In order to suit different levels of planning,the evaluation system is built on a multi-scenario scoring table,in which scores for local characteristics representation and compatibility can be calculated and presented.The planning evaluation system is applied to evaluate all kinds of low-carbon eco-city planning as a complement to the planning practice.关键词
