Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect and clinical effect of Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with domperidone on gastrointestinal motility in children with functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods:A total of 156 FD children were enrolled in this study.Using random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,and 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with domperidone 0.3 mg/kg per time,3 times/d for 14 d.The observation group on the base of control group was given Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid 5 ～ 10 mL/times,3 times/d for 14 d.Gastrin (GAS) and somatostatin (SS) were detected by ELISA assay.The gastric emptying rate was determined by ultrasonic imaging.The clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in GAS and SS between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment,GAS ((195.64±35.27) ng/L vs.(169.84±31.25) rig/L) in observation group was significantly higher and SS ((21.43± 4.16) ng/L vs.(27.38±5.07) ng/L) was significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).In observation group,the gastric emptying rates were higher than those of control group at 30 min,60 min,and 90 min (P＜0.05).The clinical effective of observation group (92.3％) was significantly higher than that of control group (75.6％,P＜0.05).The adverse reactions rate of observation group (5.1％) was significantly lower than that of control group (6.4％,P＞0.05).Conclusion:Jianwei Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with domperidone can increase gastrointestinal motility in FD children,with effectively clinical efficacy and safety.关键词
