Abstract
Fe-2Cu-1C base powder was used as the inner layer material of cam, and adding Cr, Mo, and Si alloy elements in the base powder was used as the outer material of cam. The effects of alloying elements and forging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of bilayer cam manufactured by powder metallurgy forging were studied in this paper. The experimental results show that, the flexural strength, hardness, and friction coefficient of the forging sample used Fe-2Cu-1C-1.5Cr-0.85Mo as the outer layer material are 1400 MPa, HRB 100 and 0.35, respectively, and the forged structure is a mixed structure of martensite, bainite, troostite, and alloy block.关键词
