摘要
Abstract
The experimental vehicle was connected with Cu-based powder metallurgyfriction plate installed on the brakes by vertical link, the braking velocity was 270 km·h-1, and the pressure of friction plate exerted by brakes was 0.66 MPa. Linear wear of friction plate was measured by microcalliper, the micromorphology of friction plate after braking was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that, the linear wear of the upper friction surface is twice than that of the bottom friction surface, the position and installation number of brakes have the obviously effect on linear wear.关键词
