A new algorithm of the construction of the unit norm tight frames based on Spectral Tetris
摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the construction of unit norm frame. A new algorithm of the construc-tion of the unit norm tight frames based on Spectral Tetris be presented. A necessary and sufficient condition for the algorithm to construct unit norm tight frames be obtained. And the results have improved related conclusions of STC algorithm.关键词
