碳纤维增强复合材料正交切削加工性能数值分析
Simulation study on orthogonal cutting performance of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the energy dissipation and cutting quality in the orthogonal cutting process of CFRP , a macro dynamic simulation model of CFRP cutting process was established based on Hashin failure criterion. The influence of cutting speed and cutting depth on the energy dissipation was ana-lyzed, and the cutting quality under different fiber orientations and tool structures was compared in this model. The results obtained were consistent with the processing defect trends of experimental results.关键词
