三坐标测量机直线度误差线性回归方法研究
Study on the linear regression method for straightness error of coordinate measuring machine
摘要
Abstract
Based on coordinate measuring machine ( CMM) , the proposed LTS( least trimmed square) method is combined with TLS( total least square ) method for handling the measurement data with outli-ers and the calibration method of straightness error has been studied. The result shows that the im-proved method has better performance for dealing with the measurement data with outliers and random errors and accurately calibrating for the straightness of CMM.关键词
