Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol on function of vascular endothelial cells in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 72 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated at our hospital from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group using random table method,36 cases for each group.The control group was treated with probucol and the observation group with atorvastatin and probucol.The vascular endothelial cell function [Rat 6-ketone-prostaglandin (6-K-PGF1 alpha),Von Willebrand factor (VWF),Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1),and tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA)] and therapeutic effect were compared between these two groups.Results The levels of 6-k-pgfl alpha and tPA and the total efficacy were higher and the levels of VWF and PAI-1 were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with probucol for patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve their function of vascular endothelial cells and improve the therapeutic effect and is safe.关键词
