东莞毛织产业人员变应性鼻炎尘螨变应原检测的差异及影响因素分析
Analysis of the difference and influencing factors of allergic rhinitis and dust mite allergen in Dongguan wool and textile industry staffs

Abstract
Objective To compare the difference of positive detection rate of allergic rhinitis (AR) dust mite allergen between wool and textile industry staffs and non-wool and textile industry staffs,investigate the effect of wool and textile industry working environment on AR prevalence,and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of AR caused by dust mite in wool and textile industry staffs.Methods 1 200 cases of AR who underwent dust mite allergen skin prick test (SPT) and were treated in our department from Dongguan local area Dalang town were collected,and were divided into wool and textile industry staffs (observation group,720 cases) and non-wool and textile industry staffs (control group,480 cases) according to the data of patient records.The results of dust mite allergen skin prick test of the two groups were compared.Results In 1 200 patients,337 cases of dust mite were detected,with the total positive rate of 28.1%;there were 226 positive cases in the observation group,with the positive rate of 31.4%;there were 111 positive cases in the control group,with the positive rate of 23.1%;the positive rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The strong positive rate was higher in the observation group;the longer the time of exposure to dust mites (wool and textile industry working years) was,the higher the positive rate was.Conclusion The work environment of wool and textile industry and the time of exposure to dust mites affect the prevalence of AR.The administration section should pay attention to the work environment of wool and textile industry,and formulate measures for the prevention and control of AR caused by dust mites in this special group.关键词
