Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Danhong mixture on cerebral blood flow in rats and to explore the mechanism of brain protective effect of Danhong mixture.Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were selected and randomly divided into five groups,namely control group,high,medium,and low dose of Danhong mixture group and positive control group.Observed the effect of Danhong mixture on cerebral blood flow in rats with laser Doppler flowmetry.Results The cerebral blood flow in rats of high,medium,and low dose of Danhong mixture group increased firstly and then decreased after administration,which reached the peak at 60 min after administration [(96.26±12.35) BPU in high dose of Danhong mixture group,(83.74±10.68) BPU in medium dose of Danhong mixture group,(68.73±11.96) BPU in low dose of Danhong mixture group].Conclusion Danhong mixture can increase the cerebral blood flow in rats,which suggests that the cerebral protective effect of Danhong mixture is related to the improvement of cerebral blood flow.关键词
