Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early treatment on pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH).Methods A total of 88 pregnant women with SCH were enrolled in this study, and were divided into control group and observation group according to randomized double-blind method,44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group did not take any measures, the patients in the observation group were given early drug treatment.Compared pregnancy outcomes, the incidence of complications, and changes in thyroid hormone levels of the two groups. Results The level of TSH in the observation group at prenatal 1 week was (3.28 ±0.62)μIU/ml,which was significantly lower than that in the control group [(7.49±0.89)μIU/ml] (t=25.75,P<0.05).The incidence of complications after treatment, the incidences of adverse pregnancy outcomes, abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy, and hypertension in the observation group were 9.09%,20.45%,9.09%,and 2.27%,respectively,those in the control group were 27.27%,81.82%,29.55%,and 11.36%,respectively,with statistically significant differences between the two groups (x 2=4.89,33.15,5.91,3.88;P<0.05).Conclusion Early administration of levothyroxine sodium can effectively improve the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with SCH,reduce the incidences of complications, abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy, and hypertensive disorders, with significant clinical effect, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
