Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristic manifestations and diagnostic value of high resolution CT (HRCT) for interstitial pneumonia.Methods 48 patients with interstitial pneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,all the patients were confirmed through clinical pathological examination and underwent HRCT scan.The imaging features and diagnostic value of HRCT for interstitial pneumonia were analyzed.Results Based on HRCT,the imaging features of interstitial pneumonia were clearly displayed;there were 26 cases of ground-class shadows,28 cases of honeycomb signs,22 cases of thickened lung airway,20 cases of thickened interlobular septa,19 cases of thickened interlobular interstitium,21 cases of emphysema,16 cases of fibrosis,6 cases of grid shadow,and 3 cases of pulmonary atelectasis.Conclusion HRCT can make an effective differential diagnosis of interstitial pneumonia,is good to make an early prevention and improve the prognosis,worthy of clinical application.关键词
