中医针灸联合整脊治疗中风后遗症的疗效观察
Observation on curative effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic in the treatment of stroke sequela

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic in the treatment of stroke sequela (SS).Methods 94 patients with stroke sequela in department of rehabilitation of our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.47 cases of the control group were treated with Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,and 47 cases of the observation group were treated with chiropractic on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.74％ in the observation group and 82.98％ in the control group (x 2=4.028 6,P＜0.05).The SF-36 and ADL scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05);The SF-36 and ADL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (t=-16.087,13.614;P＜0.05).The FIM scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05);the improvement of motor function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (t=13.791,P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic in the treatment of stroke sequela can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve their quality of life,with significant effect,worthy of clinical application in primary hospitals.关键词
