Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of clinical nursing pathway in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst exclusion.Methods 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst exclusion in our hospital were selected,and were divided into study group and control group according to the different nursing methods,50 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,while the study group received corresponding nursing intervention during the perioperative period.The nursing effect was observed and compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative ambulation time,time of gastroenteric functional recovery,cost of hospitalization,and hospitalization time in the study group were all significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (12.0％ vs.34.0％),the patient satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (94.0％ vs.74.0％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst exclusion during the perioperative period,can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and postoperative ambulation time,speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the medical expenses and the economic burden of patients,reduce complications,and improve the safety of surgical treatment.关键词
