复硝酚钠与GA3复配对美国红栌组培苗生长的影响
Effects of combination sodium nitraphenolate+GA3 on Cotinus coggygria tissue culture plants

Abstract
[Objective] Effects of plant growth regulator combination sodium nitraphenolate+ gibberellin (GA3) at different concentrations on the growth of Cotinus coggygria were explored in order to provide technical support for shortening the culture cycle of tissue culture plants.[Method]B5 medic adding sodium nitraphenolate+GA3 of different combinations were used to culture C.coggygria.Leaf number per plant,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,rooting rate and root number were investigated after 25 d of culture to study the effects of adding sodium nitraphenolate+GA3 on the tissue culture plants.[Result] 0.020 mg/L sodium nitraphenolate+30.0 mg/L GA3 had the optimal effects on C.coggygria tissue culture plants.Leaf number per plant,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight were significantly higher than those in control (CK) and other treatments (P<0.05).Leaf number per plant,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight increased 83.3%、71.8%、86.6% and 85.8% respectively compared with CK.Rooting was also better than CK and the highest rooting rate reached 95.2%.The plants were strong with large root number,thick leaves and sound growth state.Correlation analysis indicated that there was extremely positive correlation between nitraphenolate+GA3 concentrations and leaf number per plant,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,rooting rate and root number(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Adding 0.020 mg/L sodium nitraphenolate+30.0 mg/L GA3 into B5 medium can improve the growth for C.coggygria tissue culture plants,and shorten the culture cycle and speed up the breeding process.关键词
