癫痫患者发作间歇期人格的改变及Logistic回归分析
The characteristics of personality changes and Logistic regression analysis of related factors in epilepsy patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of the personality changes of epilepsy patients ,and the related factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Methods 95 patients and 90 healthy controls were selected included on from July 2013 to December 2014 from in the department of neurology and neurosurgery of our hospital ,and all patients were given re-ceived electroencephalogram ,CT and MRI examination.51 cases of healthy controls were come from our staff and volunteers.The personality changes of patients of epilepsy during onset of intermittent period and healthy controls were assessed by using Eysenck personality questionnaire (adult version).The scores of psychoticism ,extra-introversion ,neurotisim ,and lie were obtained by com-pute post-processing software.The related factors of personality changes were analyzed by using the single factor analysis ,and the meaningful factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results The Eysenck personality score showed that psychoticism and neuroticism score of epilepsy group were obviously higher than those of control group (P<0.05) ,and the extro-version score of epilepsy group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05) ,but the lie scores of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).The results of single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences on the psychoticis ,neuroticism ,extroversion and lie scores among patients with different age ,disease duration ,and edu-cation level (P<0.05) ,but there were no significant differences among different sexs ,seizure type and history of status epilepli-cus ,anti-epileptic drugs usage (P>0.05).The results of multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that disease duration was independently correlated to P scores (P<0.05);while education level was correlated to E scores (P<0.05).Conclusion There are personality changes during onset of intermittent period of patients with epilepsy ,main characteristics are lower extrover-sion score and increased psychoticism and neuroticism score.The education level is the independent risk factor of extroversion score ,and the disease duration is the independent risk factor of psychoticism score.关键词
