MicroRNA-124在急性脑梗死患者血清中表达的研究
A study of microRNA-124 expression in blood serum of acute cerebral infarction patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate microRNA-124 expression in the serum of acute cerebral infarction patient ,and analyze the relationship between the expression and associated clinical factors.Methods Collect 30 serum specimen of acute cerebral in-farction patients and healthy check-up at the same time in the hospital.Detect microRNA-124 relative expression in serum.Com-pare the microRNA-124 expression variation between the two groups ,and analyze clinical data of acute cerebral infarction patients. Investigate the relationship between microRNA-124 and the clinical factors related to acute cerebral infarction.Results Compared with the regular check-up ,the acute cerebral infarction patients serum microRNA-124 expression upregulate(P<0.05).The ex-pression is associated with infarction area and onset time (P<0.05).Meanwhile ,there are no obvious correlation between serum microRNA-124 expression and other factors in acute cerebral infarction patients ,such as gender ,age ,history of high blood pres-sure ,fasting venous blood glucose (FPG) ,low density lipoprotein levels (LDL-C) ,cerebrovascular disease history ,MRA hint of intracranial artery stenosis (P>0.05).Conclusion The serum microRNA-124 expression in acute cerebral infarction patients is higher than healthy people.The greater infarction area ,the higher expression.There is a higher expression in the 24-72 hours than after 72 hours onset.关键词
