Safety and clinical efficacy of Muscular Amino Acids and Nucleosides combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the Safety and clinical efficacy of Muscular Amino Acids and Nucleosides combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of Ischemic Stroke.Methods A total of 240 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled from June 2015 to June 2016 in Henan Province People's Hospital.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group randomly.The control group was treated with Muscular Amino Acids and Nucleosides ,and the treatment group with Xing-naojing injection combined the Muscular Amino Acids and Nucleosides.The clinical efficacy ,MBI score ,NIHSS score ,serum and lipid index in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The MBI scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05) ,but the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment ,the MBI score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) ,NIHSS score was significant-ly lower than the control group ( P < 0.05 ).Before treatment ,the total cholesterol (TC ) ,triglyceride (TG ) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).After 3 months treatment ,the levels of TC ,TG ,LDL-C and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) ,and the HDL-C index was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing Combined with Muscular Amino Acids and Nucleosides is effective in ischemic stroke patients with high safety ,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
