Abstract
Objective To analyze the clopidogrel and aspirin combination therapy in elderly patients with transient ischemic attack ,and its effect on the platelet function and coagulation function.Methods 116 cases of elderly transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into control group (n=58 ,treated with aspirin) and the experimental group (n=58 ,received clopidogrel + aspi-rin combination therapy) ,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results The nerve function defect score (NIHSS) in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h ,7 d ,14 d after the therapy (P<0.05).The total efficiency of the experimental group (94.83% ) was higher than the control group (77.59% ).The platelet function (CD63 , CD62p) and blood coagulation index (APTT ,PT ,FIB) were significantly improved in the experimental group than that in the con-trol group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel and aspirin combination therapy has significant clinical effect in elderly patients with transient ischemic attack ,it can improve neurological function ,platelet function and blood coagulation function and prognosis of the patients.关键词
