福建省宁德市蕉城区脑卒中筛查结果报告
A report on screening results of stroke in Jiaocheng district of Ningde city ,Fujian Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide evidence for the construction of base hospital of stoke screening and prevention engineering and regional policy by analyzing regional stroke screening for Jiaocheng district of Ningde City ,Fujian Province.Meth-ods A questionnaire was used to select the population over or equal to 40 years old in urban and rural areas of Jiaocheng District , and the stroke risk assessment was carried out by means of questionnaire and physical examination.The data were input into com-puter and analyzed.Results In 2013 ,the total screening population were 5964 cases ,the high-risk population was 16.14% ,the middle-risk population was 12.37% and the low-risk population is 71.49%.In 2014 ,the total screening population was 5624 cases ,the high-risk population was 17.71% ,the middle-risk population was 6.6% ,and the low-risk population was 75.69%.In these two years ,among the total screening of high-risk groups ,men accounted for 61.53% ,women accounted for 38.47%.hyper-tension accounted for 60.31% ,dyslipidemia accounted for 72.45% ,less physical activity accounted for 72.30% ,smoking accounted for 48.98% ,diabetes accounted for 21.84% ,obesity accounted for 32.50% ,atrial fibrillation or heart disease accounted for 14.03% and stroke family history accounted for 3.98%.In the 40-70 age group ,with the age increasing ,the prevalence trends of hypertension ,atrial fibrillation or heart disease ,diabetes also increased.Conclusion The top three risk factors for high-risk pop-ulation of stroke in Ningde area were hypertension ,dyslipidemia and less physical activity ,and it was necessary to take targeted in-tervention measures to prevent and control them.关键词
