摘要

Abstract

In the opinion of Professor Wang Ruoguang, endometriosis leads to infertility through affecting development and maturation of follicle, ovulation, fertilization, embryo implantation and embryo development. Professor Wang Ruoguang considers that the main TCM pathogenesis of this disease is the "deficiency, blood stasis, pain", the essence is deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom. Original cause is the deficiency of spleen and kidney, corpus luteum insufficiency, losing nutritional support of uterus arising pain. Enrichment in symptom is the inclusion of the damp and stasis causes to block impassability of the uterus with the pain. The treatments on infertility caused by endometriosis were divided into three stages: activating blood and dissolving stasis, regulating Qi-blood, resolving dampness, resolving hard lump and anti-inflammation in menstrual period; norishing Yin supporting Yang, tonifying kidney and spleen, warming uterus for pregnancy, promoting ovulation, supplementing the progesterone after ovulation in the menstrual clean period; reinforcing the kidney Yang, regulating vital energy before menstruation. Regulating the menstrual function and improving ovarian function to helping pregnant are the important methods in treating the infertility caused by endometriosis with significant clinical effect.
