健脾益肠散对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠ICAM-1的影响
Effect of Jianpi Yichang Powder(健脾益肠散) on ICAM-1 in Ulcerative Colitis Rats

Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in ulcerative colitis (UC) rats and the effect of Jianpi Yichang Powder on it.Methods:A total of 60 healthy SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group.The UC models were established by TNBS/ ethanol method.Then the UC model rats were randomly divided into the model group,western medicine group,and TCM high,middle and low dose group with 10 rats in each.After gavage for 3 weeks,HE staining was used to observe the injury of colonic mucosa;ELISA method was used to detect the content of ICAM-1 in serum and the protein expression of 1CAM-1 in colon was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:Compared with the normal group,the colon mucosal injury score,serum ICAM-I content and ICAM-1 protein expression were increased significantly in model group (P＜0.01).The TCM high,middle-dose group showed lower serum levels of ICAM-1 than the model group and the TCM high,middle,low-dose group showed lower colon mucosal injury score and ICAM-1 protein expression than the model group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Effect of TCM middle-dose group on ICAM-1 with western medicine group was not significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yichang Powder can regulate the ICAM-1 to protect intestinal mucosal immunity of UC rats as to play a therapeutic role.关键词
