中药防治髋、膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓的用药规律研究
Analysis on Medication Rule in Herbal Prescriptions for Deep Venous Thrombosis after Total Hip or Knee Replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for deep venous thrombosis after total hip or knee replacement.Methuds:Herbal prescriptions for deep venous thrombosis after total hip or knee replacement were searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP database,Wanfang database and Chinese Biomedical Database,from 2001 to 2016.We used Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) to analyze the frequency,four natures,five flavors,meridian entry,plant classification of drugs,and the association rules between drugs.Results:Based on the analysis of 115 herbal prescriptions,herbs used with high frequency were Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Honghua (Flos Carthami),Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Niuxi (Achyranthes),Taoren (Semen persicae),Huangqi (Radix Astragali),Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae),Dnashen (radix salviae miltiorrhizae),Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba),Sanqi (pseudo-ginseng),SShuizhi (leech),Shengdihuang (rehmannia root) and Dilong (earthworm),et al.The four natures of drugs were mainly consists of warmth,neutral and coolness.The five flavors of drugs were mainly consists of bitter,sweet and pungent.Meridian entrys mainly consist of liver,heart and spleen.Plant classification of drugs mainly consists of Apiaceae,Asteraceae and Ranunculaceae.Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Honghua (Flos Carthami),Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Taoren (Semen persicae),Huangqi (Radix Astragali) and Dilong (earthworm) were the most commonly used traditional Chinese Medicine for deep venous thrombosis after total hip or knee replacement.Conclusion:The main principle of treatment for deep venous thrombosis after total hip or knee replacement is benefiting Qi for activating blood circulation.The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription was Buyang Huanwu Decoction (补阳还五汤）.关键词
