对市售首乌藤饮片的质量分析及探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the quality of the commercial polygoni multiflori caulis,analysis the current standard's feasibility,and then elucidate the reason for 2,3,5,4-tetrahydroxyl diphenylethylene-2-O-glucoside contents in generally Chinese crude drug lower than the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia.Methods:The content determination method for polygoni multiflori caulis from markets was according to the method in Chinese Pharmacopeia (Edition 2015,vol).HPLC was used.The analysis was carried on Shimadzu VP-ODS (150 mmx 4.6 mm,5 μm),and the other chromatographic conditions were in accordance with Chinese Pharmacopei.Results:A total of 168 batches of polygoni multiflori caulis were tested.There were 92 batches were out-of-specification.The main cause of the unqualified was planting cultivation problems and non-standard processing.Conclusion:The quality of polygoni multiflori caulis in the market is poor.The supervision and inspection needed to enhance imminently.关键词
