桑叶饲料对绒山羊羯羊生产性能及肉品质的影响
Effects of Mulberry Leaf Feed on Productive Performance and Meat Quality of Cashmere Wether
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of mulberry leaf feed on productive performance and mutton quality of Cashmere goat,60 Liaoning cashmere wether were chosen and randomly divided into 6 groups,10 wether in each group.The control was fed corn stalk silage feed and the experiment different levels of mulberry leaf additives (10％,15％ and 20％ of mulberry leaf silage,10％ and 15％ of dry mulberry leaf).The test lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,adding 15％ to 20％ of mulberry silage in diet,daily weight gain were increased by 28.78％ (P＜0.05) and 29.79％ (P＜0.05),feed to weight ratio were decreased by 25.87％ (P＜0.05) and 25.79％ (P＜0.05);adding 10％ to 15％ of dry mulberry leaf in diet,daily weight gain were increased by 35.35％ (P＜0.05) and 39.89％ (P＜0.05),feed to weight ratio were decreased by 30.78％ (P＜0.05) and 27.07％ (P＜0.05);these additives don't exert remarkable effect on slaughter indexes and mutton quality(P＞0.05).Therefore,certain proportions of mulberry leaf silage or dry mulberry in diet can improve the productive performance and the meat quality of growing fattening goats.关键词
