牦牛源巴氏杆菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药表型及耐药基因检测
Detection of Resistant Phenotype and Resistance Genes to Fluoroquinolones among Pasteurella Strains Isolated from Yaks

Abstract
220 samples of yak lung tissues were collected from large-scale farms and beast prevention stations (bureaus) in different regions of Tibet,and 44 strains of Pasteurella were isolated through microscopic examination of the bacteria culture characteristics,dyeing,microbial identification system.The broth microdilution method was adopted to determine the antibacterial activity of fluoroquinolones and colistin against 44 strains of bacteria.Specific primers were designed,and synthesis and resistance genes were detected by PCR.The results showed that minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) range of six fluoroquinolone drugs was between 0.125-128μg/mL,the MIC of colistin in the range of <0.016-8μg/mL.Most of the pasteurella strains showed levels of resistant rate to ciprofloxacin (52.27%),and gatifloxacin (54.55%),but low resistance was found forcolistin,with 4.55%,the MIC of colistin as low as below <2 μg/mL.The results revealed that the fluoroquinolones resistance genes,qnrA,qnrB,qnrS,and aac(6')-Ib-cr were detected and the positive rates among these strains were 29.55%,18.18%,22.73% and 18.18%,respectively,but qnrC,qnrD,qepA genes were not checked out.This research shows that most of the strains against fluoroquinolone drugs were cross-resistant,therefore the monitoring of drug resistance and resistance gene should be enhanced clinically.关键词
