规模化猪场废水典型抗生素抗性基因的调查研究
A Study on Typical Antibiotic Resistance Genes in Largescale Pig Farm Wastewater

Abstract
Fluorescence quantitative PCR was applied to quantify eight typical antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) including tetA,tetC,tetM,tetO,tetQ,tetW,sul1 and sul2 in wastewaters from ten typical large-scale pig farms in Jiaxing city.The results showed that all of the eight ARGs were detectible in the wastewater from the ten large-scale pig farms.The absolute content was 2.1 × 105 ~7.6 × 107 copies/mLof tetA,9.5× 103~2.4×106 copies/mL of tetC,2.9× 105~2.0×108 copies/mL of tetM,9.4×105~8.7×107 copies/mL of tetO,6.3× 106 ~5.0× 108 copies/mL of tetQ,1.1 × 106 ~5.0× 109 copies/mL of tetW,5.9× 106~2.2× 108 copies/mL of sul1 and 1.4× 106 ~7.1 × 108 copies/mL of sul2,respectively.The above results indicated that large-scale pig farm is one of the principal contributors to ARGs pollution in Jiaxing.关键词
