集束化护理对呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防效果
Prevention effect of cluster nursing care for ventilator associated pneumonia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP).Methods A total of 100 mechanical ventilation patients were divided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,the study group took cluster nursing intervention.VAP incidence,mortality,withdraw machine time,length of hospital stay and nursing quality were compared.Results The incidence of VAP in the study group was 10.00％,mortality was 4.00％,which were lower than 30.00％,16.00％ in the control group (P ＜0.05).Withdraw machine time and hospital stay were lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).Pipeline nursing management,airway nursing management,environment management,the patient's own factor scores were higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing management in the prevention of VAP has important application significance,and it can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of VAP,shorten the withdraw machine time and hospitalization time,improve the nursing quality and is suitable for clinical application.关键词
