循证护理干预在复杂性尿路感染性休克中的应用
Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in complex urinary tract infection shock
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in complex urinary tract infection shock.Methods A total of 120 patients with complicated urinary tract infection were enrolled in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group were treated with evidence-based care on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The changes of the nursing efficiency,the changes of the relevant indexes before and after the nursing and the changes of serum CRP were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of nursing was 68.33％ in the control group,which was significantly lower than 96.67％ in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05);Mter treatment,the heart rate,heart index and venous oxygen saturation of the control group were lower,the mean blood pressure and serum CRP were higher than those in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing model,the implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with complex urinary tract infection shocks can obtain better nursing effect,restore consciousness,stabilize vital signs,and promote the prognosis,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
