Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on treatment of patients with soft tissue defect of four extremities by repair of anterior lateral thigh flap.Methods A total of 100 patients with soft tissue defect of four extremities were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given predictive nursing.Surgical condition,incidence rate of complications in donor site and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between two groups.Results Patients in both group completed operations successfully,and all the transplanted flaps survived.Incidence rate of complications in donor site in the study group was 14.0％,which was significantly lower than 42.0％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The nursing satisfactory degree was 92.0％ in the study group,which was significantly higher than 70.0％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of predictive nursing in treatment of patients with soft tissue defect of four extremities by repair of anterior lateral thigh flap can effectively improve the survival status of the flap,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the prognosis of patients,and increase the nursing satisfactory degree.关键词
