Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of medical elastic stockings and different length gradient elastic stockings in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity after gynecological pelvic surgery.Methods A total of 90 gynecological tumor surgery patients in our hospital were as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group,observation A group,and observation B group,with 30 cases in each group.All the patients were given conventional deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.The patients of the observation A group wear short medical elastic stockings,while observation B group chose elastic stockings legs gradient.Results The observation group A and group B had lower limb deep vein thrombosis than the control group (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);The lower limb pain of three groups showed no significant difference in pain degree,and no significant difference was seen in the observation A and B groups in bilateral thigh,calf circumference difference,but were significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Medical elastic stockings can effectively prevent the risk of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecological pelvic tumor surgery based on routine preventive measures,and the effect of different length of gradient elastic stockings is similar,but long gradient elastic stockings is more comfortable and there is a certain degree of influence on the quality of life of patients.关键词
