围术期体位护理对视网膜脱离患者的影响
Effect of perioperative postural care in patients with retinal detachment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative postural nursing measures on functional recovery in patients with retinal detachment.Methods A total of 100 patients with retinal detachment were divided into two groups according to the principle of the number.A total of 50 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with postoperative postural nursing.Nursing service,reset rate,nursing compliance and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The retinal reattachment rate,the nursing compliance,the complication rate,and satisfaction in the observation group were 96.0,92.0％,6.0％,96.0％ inobservationgroup,respectively.Andwere 84.0％,100.0％,16.0％,84.0％,respectively in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Postoperative postural nursing measures for retinal detachment can improve the quality of care and nursing compliance,improve the reset rate and safety,so it is worthy of popularization.关键词
