The mechanisms and impacts of obesity on the development of liver cancer
摘要
Abstract
Obesity has become a severe public health issue.Studies have shown that obesity is closely associated with metabolic disease and the development and progression of various tumors.This article summarizes the obesity-related factors in the development and progression of liver cancer,including adipokines (such as leptin,insulin like growth factor-1,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and adiponectin),insulin,insulin resistance,oxidative stress response,intestinal microecological disorders,and regulations of PNPLA3,miRNA,TM6SF2,and JAZF1 genes.This article reviews the research advances in these mechanisms,in order to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.关键词
