摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the short-trem efficacy of ARCH titanium plate in the cervical posterior unilateral open-door expansive laminoplasty on cervical spondylosis.Methods The 15 patients with cervical spondylosis who underwent the posterior cervical spinal single open-door laminoplasty with ARCH plate.The patients were evaluated by the changes of JOA score and the severity of neck axial pain before and after surgery.Results All patients completed follow-up.Time ranged from 6 months to 18 months.JOA score were improved from (8.6 ± 2.3)points preoperatively to (14.0 ± 3.1) points at last follow-up,and the mean improvement rate of JOA scoring was 68.2% ± 13.5%,neck axial pain occurred in 2 cases,and the VAS was 3,2 points respectively.All patients got bony union on the axial side of the door at 3 ~ 5 months postoperation,without internal fixation loosening,lamina collapse,the door reclosure and cervical kyphosis.Conclusions Using ARCH titanium plate fixation for treatment of cervical spondylosis via cervical posterior unilateral open-door expansive laminoplasty is a simple method,which can provide stable fixation,effectively reduce corresponding complications,and obtain good short-term efficacy.
