摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application curative effect of bridge combined fixation system for treatment of nonunion of limbs long bone fracture after surgery.Methods The 25 cases of nonunion with femur,tibia and humerus were treated with cortical stripping Phemister bone grafting and bridging combined internal fixation system.Resuits All 25 cases were followed up for 12 ～ 18 months.All fractures of healing time was 6 ～ 11 months.No bone infection,internal fixation loose,fall off,broken rods,broken nails and joint stiffness occurred.Limb function was evaluated by using Sanders standard,excellent in 23 cases,good in 1 case,fair in 1 case,excellent-good rate was 96％ (24/25).Conclusions The bridge combined fixation system is accorded with the feature of fracture biomechanical fixation,and a blend of locking plate,interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator,which reduce the breakage of vessels near fracture part,but also afford firm and dynamic fixation for fracture fragmen.So it is an effective therapeutic approach for limbs long bone fractures.关键词
