血浆外泌体上调bFGF促体外微血管网形成的研究
The promoting effect of exosome from plasma to bFGF and angiogenesis in vitro

Abstract
Objective:This study was aimed to explore the effect of exosome from plasma to angiogenesis in endothe-lial cells( EC) in vitro. Methods:Exosome isolated from rabbit plasma was used to cultivate EC,observe the tube network for-mation,and detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor( bFGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) . Re-sults:Compared to control group,the experimental group had more tube network formation,higher expression and secretion of bFGF at 72 h,respectively(P <0. 001,P <0. 01). No statistical difference was found when comparing the expression of VEGF(P>0. 05). Conclusion:Exosome from plasma has up-regulation effect to bFGF and can promote angiogenesis in EC.关键词
