Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of toral comprehensive intervention on caries prevention. Methods:One thousand seven hundred and sixty-three students of fifteen primary schools in Xiling area of Yichang city were divided into two groups,including the intervention group and the control group. And the assessment and supervision of oral health knowl-edge,beliefs and behavior to strengthen the training in intervention group,that only by health teacher for routine mission in control group. With 6 years follow-up,the incidence of deciduous teeth and dental caries were measured. Results:The inci-dence of dental caries was lower in intervention group than that in the control group. The dental caries filling rate,pit and fis-sure closure rate were higher than those of the control group. And the oral health knowledge line,the experimental group was stronger than the control group. Conclusion:Teachers ' parents participate in the oral health promotion model of primary school students,the effect is far superior to students' conscious participation model.关键词
