超选择颏下岛状瓣在口咽癌术后缺损修复中的应用
Superselective submental island flap for repairing the postoperative defect of oropharyngeal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of superselective submental artery island flap for repairing the postoperative defect of oropharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:Eight cases of patients with oropharyngeal carcinoma were recon-structed the defects with the superselective submental artery island flap from Jun 2013 to Jun 2016 in our department,that in-cluding 1 squamous cell carcinoma,5 squamous cell carcinoma in tonsil and 2 squamous cell carcinoma in the soft palate. The clinical data were reviewed retrospectively. Results:Seven cases of superselective submental artery island flap were survival except one appeared partial necrosis in distal end. The outcome and functions such as speech and deglutition were recovered satisfactorily. Local recurrence or cervical lymph node metastasis of seven patients was not seen after 3 months to 3 years fol-low-up. Conclusion:It is a simple and effective repair method due to its reliable of superselective submental artery island flap for repairing defects in the oropharyngeal carcinoma.关键词
