含尘烟气换热除尘一体化性能试验研究
Experimental Study on the Integrated Performance of Heat Exchange and Dust Removal of Industrial Flue Gas

Abstract
In order to remove the fine dust of industrial flue gas,and recover the waste heat at the same time. we put forward an experimental study on the integrated performance of heat exchange and dust removal of industrial flue gas by cyclone for the first time. The key factors such as the inlet velocity,the insertion depth of the exhaust pipe,the pressure drop,the dust concentration, the inlet temperature and the flow rate of the cooling medium were studied to determine the optimum parameters. The results show that,with the increase of air inlet velocity,the dust removal efficiency increases at first and then decreases,reaching the maximum at 32 m3/h. When the ratio of the depth of the exhaust pipe to the inlet height is about 1.1,the dust removal efficiency reaches the maximum. With the increase of air inlet velocity,inlet temperature and the flow rate of the cooling medium,the heat transfer efficiency decreases gradually.关键词
