摘要

Abstract

The introduction of fresh air into the room is one of the fundamental means to solve the problem of excessive formaldehyde which was caused by the decoration materials processing. In order to research the effectiveness of different kinds of ventilation methods,the formaldehyde concentration in different outlet temperature and different air supply rate on the concentration of formaldehyde in different height positions were analyzed with FEM(Finite Element Method) in the natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation conditions. The simulation results show that the formaldehyde concentration in different air supply temperature is exceeded in the natural ventilation situation. However,the concentration of formaldehyde in different air supply speed wasn't exceeded standards in mechanical ventilation situations. The lowest concentration of formaldehyde was obtained in the condition of v=2 m/s. The concentration of formaldehyde in the natural ventilation situation was 2.07 times greater than that in the mechanical ventilation in the same inlet air temperature. Two kinds of working conditions were tested in Shenyang and Yingkou,the experiment was agree with the simulation results basically,validated the conclusion further.
