Control Factors of Coal and Gas Outburst and Energy Evolution Based on Physical Simulation

Abstract
Briquette coal which has similar physical properties with raw coal was produced for this experiment.Energy evolution process and main factors of coal and gas outburst were researched by the self-made simulation system.The research shows that there is a critical pressure (0.75 MPa) in this outburst experiment.The weight of outburst coal reaches up to 28.1%,and the maximum distance is 14.1 m when the gas pressure and axial load is 0.75 MPa to 1.25 MPa and 5 MPa to 20 MPa,respectively.During the outburst process,the energy is constantly decay.The results show that the pressure sensors outside the high pressure cavity first responded,and the sensors at inner side delayed approximately 0.1 s.Orthogonal experiment shows that the gas pressure is the main factor controlhng coal and gas outburst,but the stress and moisture content also play an important role.The outburst intensity rapid decreases with a nonlinear trend when the moisture content increases from 2% to 7%.关键词
