Improved algorithm for active frequency drift with positive feedback islanding detection

Abstract
When the power grid failure to stop the power supply, micro grid power islanding formed by distributed generation system should be quickly detected, and stop the connection between it and the power grid, active frequency drift with positive feedback (AFDPF) islanding detection technology is a commonly used method for detection of islanding. Combined with the traditional active frequency drift with positive feedback islanding detection principle in this paper, on the basis of the algorithm, a quadratic term of the feedback frequency drift is superposed to improve it, and expounds the working principle and the influence to the micro grid system. Through theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the improved algorithm for active frequency drift with positive feedback islanding detection method is feasible, shorten the islanding detection time, reduce the blind spot detection, and improve the detection efficiency, will not bring new harmonic pollution to micro grid system in the theory.关键词
