Abstract
This paper studies the differences in reactivity about terminal hydroxyls component A,which are synthesized by various kinds of polyols and polyisocyanates.The effects of the ratios of component A and B,the types and dosages of catalysts,and the acetic acid dosages on curing time and application performance of coatings,are also discussed.The experimental results show that:component A,which is copolymerized by N220 and PNA,has higher reactivity and better film-forming physical properties.The optimum application performance of polyurethanes and comprehensive properties of films are obtained when the molar ratio of-OH∶-NCO in component A and B is 1∶1.7,the catalyst of dibutyhin diacetate dosages is 0.5 ‰ and the acetic acid dosages is 4.7%.关键词
