摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the defects existing in the traditional drilling machine in drilling micro holes, and based on the principle of vibration drilling, a set of ultrasonic axial vibration drilling device was designed, which could be used for vibration drilling of micro holes.The FEM software ANSYS was used in the simulation of the the horn's dynamic characteristics.The natural frequency and vibration mode of the horn were calculated and achieved the amplitude of the free end of the horn in the resonance state, and the amplitude amplification ratio and the other parameters were obtained.A high amplitude amplification horn was designed.The ultrasonic vibration drilling device could be directly installed in the radial drilling machine spindle for the micro hole drilling process, and the high quality of the micro hole was gotten.This design overcomes the shortcomings of traditional drilling.
